The Big Harbor's Tugboats were Theodore, Hank, Emily, George, and Foduck. Once a Tugboat named Oliver came to help with some extra work in the Big Harbor, but he was sent away for bullying Theodore. In the books written by Michelle Mulder a tugboat named Lucy appeared in the three books she published.
