Plot[]
A cargo ship named Jacque is under quarantine because of the bad virus spreading throughout the world so he wears a face mask on his face to protect himself from the virus, and Theodore ask Jacque about "what kind of virus?" and Jacque replied "the Ocean Virus" Theodore never heard the Ocean Virus before and Jacque said it's very dangerous to boats and ships so every boat and ship must wear a face mask at all times. The Dispatcher tells all of the tugs not to get the Ocean Virus and they must wear face masks at all times while working in and out of the harbour. The tugboats wonder when will the Ocean Virus go away, but they hope that hopefully it will stop spreading one day soon.
